Intelligent design

Once i was looking for some facts and fiction relating to evolution of life on earth...........
We all know Evolution theory by Darwin.. This is probably first theory which beautifully explains the existence of life by saying that struggle for existence is the basic of life cycle. The species which could fit to the environment and could adjust themself to the change survives and weaker species doesn't.

There are many people and scientists who deny this theory of natural selection. According to them life can not evolve automatically. There is another theory "intelligent design" presented formally by Dr stephen C. Myer in 4 august 2004.........

Life is such a complex architecture that all its components can't get created and assembled automatically to form a living being. Even a very small simple living being has a perfect combination of chemical, physical and biological process. There are complex genetic information carried by DNA which carries important information regarding that species. [We can't imagine all components of a computer (like ICs,drives, memory devices, monitors, cpu etc) to get created and assembled by itself. Not even it can get programmed to do any task by itself. Every step of it requires effort and intelligence which is not randomly found.]

In 1986 the creationist chemist Charles Thaxton used the term "specified complexity" from information theory when claiming that messages transmitted by DNA in the cell were specified by intelligence, and must have originated with an intelligent agent. The intelligent design concept of "specified complexity" was developed in the 1990s by mathematician, philosopher, and theologian William Dembski. Dembski states that when something exhibits specified complexity (i.e., is both complex and "specified", simultaneously), one can infer that it was produced by an intelligent cause (i.e., that it was designed) rather than being the result of natural processes. He provides the following examples: "A single letter of the alphabet is specified without being complex. A long sentence of random letters is complex without being specified. A Shakespearean sonnet is both complex and specified".He states that details of living things can be similarly characterized, especially the "patterns" of molecular sequences in functional biological molecules such as DNA.

William Dembski proposed the concept of specified complexity.

In the way of reading surfing net i read about RAEL who claim to get interaction with the creator of life on earth. He is a writer . In his books the has written about his encounters with aliens...His books are-
1>THE BOOK WHICH TELLS THE TRUTH
2>EXTRA-TERRESTRIALS TOOK ME TO THEIR PLANET
3>LET'S WELCOME THE EXTRA-TERRESTRIALS
I am reading this without believing considering that no matter he is right or wrong but he must have got some views.......................After all science is a fiction story before proof and once we can prove it we consider this fiction story to be real fact......................
